The Day Lighters began as a small sect of apocalyptic dreamers who interpreted celestial signs, strange weather, and prophetic visions as warnings. Their name comes from their fixation on what they called the “Last Sunrise,” the moment when the Day of Embers would ignite the world. They believed that by studying the light of the sun, fire, and reflection, they could understand the pattern of fate. Many carried mirrors, polished bronze plates, or crystal prisms to “read the sun.”StatusDefunctTypeCult

The Order of the Bones is a group who's founder Bertrand Ashdown failed to turn into a lich. The group still reveres Bertrand keeping his tenants alive by protecting those who cannot protect themselves. Being very secretive, very little is known about the group or its members outside of the fact that they often act as guardians of nearby towns and cities. When two settlements grow hostile toward each other, members of the group will attempt to act as mediators to prevent violence from breaking out. However, if violence breaks out they will not pick a side, instead remaining neutral and providing aid to those that are injured and helping to inter the dead.StatusActiveTypeMilitary GroupQuoteConflicts not resolved with words are resolved with blood

The Cult of Everlasting Light, or CEL, believe that one of the cornerstones of the universe is the Light, a force of primordial radiance that must never perish. If it does, the Decay, a primordial necrosis, will begin to set in and consume the universe. CEL follows whoever the Light chooses as the Torch, signified by an amulet and some ancient text. Witnesses have said that the Torch’s eyes sometimes have a light deep within them.
The Torch is said to have a prolonged life span of the average individual of the same species (and documented Torches have been multiple species over the years). They lead all the services and rituals the cult use to honor the Light.
Tenants:
- The Light must never be extinguished
- The Torch must lead the way
- Empower the light through deeds/sacrifice/gather more followers
- Any form of the Decay must be destroyed
Whether this “Light” exists or not, has not been completely confirmed. We do know that theses “Torches” have been seen displaying both destructive and restorative abilities that do not fit in with the standard documented ways of achieving similar results.

Those that delve into the ruins of the Dragon Wars are known as molers. While there are many guilds of molers, The Moler's Guild is by far the largest and farthest reaching. Molers in Asiel are required to register with the guild, even if they are registered with a smaller guild. Not doing so can lead to dire consequences.
Not registering a claim that you have found will lead to losing the claim to any member of the guild that can snag it.
Rules
- A percentage of all found treasure and payments are due to the guild upon completion of the task. The percentage varies by the rank of the guild member(s)
- If a job is failed a fee is due to the guild based on guild member rank.
- Any ruins found by the Moler must be registered with the guild. Claims are registered by placing a Claim Stone.
- All outside jobs must be approved by the guild prior to acceptance.

A group of hired killers that is as mysterious as it is effective. The Pale Line is only ever discussed in whispered tones in fear of drawing their eye. No one can separate the myth from the reality but it is believed that in order to call on their services you must make a blood sacrifice in their name.StatusActiveTypeGuildQuote...
